As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training to prepare you to open:

Join us for 4 weeks in Sea Girt, NJ (Central NJ area). In this time, we will review front and back of house daily operations, cross-training your team, technology platforms used for the POS, online ordering and customer loyalty. We also guide you in our brand standards for advertising and local marketing along with an overview of financial management and managing your new restaurant from day one.
We offer onsite support in your FINS restaurant as you prepare to open. Our team provides ongoing guidance to develop, grow and expand FINS into your local community
