Our Culture

We can start to explain our culture by instilling a belief – from day one - that we all act and work as a team. That the actions of one will have an impact on all. Our staff often starts out as a part-timer, working after school, weekends and summers; they grow to become friends and come back through college and some for their life-long career! We are really proud of this and encourage our franchise owners to follow our lead. Trust us. It works!

  • FINS has been an industry leader in using biodegradable products since “Going Big in 2003.” WE CARE about our earth, oceans, and waterways.
    • FINS uses compostable take-out containers, plates, & bowls - made from renewable plant fiber.
    • Phade® Straws - marine biodegradable compostable (feels like plastic but isn’t!)
  • We are focused on creating reliable resources for our franchise owners in all aspects of our supply chain

Our History

Since 2003! We opened in Bradley Beach, NJ
2005-2015 2nd restaurant operated in Brick, NJ until our lease expired so we moved to a new place in Point Pleasant, NJ
2012 Our 3rd location opened in Sea Girt, NJ due to popular demand from local shore points and mainland areas
2023 FINS celebrates our 20-year anniversary!
2023 We begin to franchise our brand – summer into fall
2024 FINS franchise ownership opportunities became available for the first time
