FINS is a fast casual restaurant, serving fun, vacation food including fish tacos, sushi quality poke bowls, as well as salads, wraps and oversized burritos. Our menu, atmosphere and image are inspired by southern California, tropical islands and the Pacific Rim. We started on the east coast of New Jersey in 2003 and had three company operated restaurants before we began to develop our franchise.
