FINS is a fast causal restaurant serving fun TropiCali Cuisine with a menu and atmosphere that is inspired by Southern California, Tropical Islands, and the Pacific Rim. We blend these flavors across our menu in FINS-eteezers, burritos, bowls, wraps, tacos, and much more. We started on the east coast of New Jersey in 2003 and had three successful company operated restaurants before we began to develop our franchise.

Background and Journey:
Shawn Ryan, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, and Pat Cuozzo, an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America, have spent over three decades together, growing up, attending school, and working in the food service industry. Their shared experiences and passion for the culinary arts led them to open FINS in 2003, starting with their Bradley Beach location.

What Shawn and Pat love most about their work is serving the people. They go the extra step to ensure every customer has the best experience possible, fostering a sense of community and connection that goes beyond the dining table.

The heart of FINS is its outstanding staff. Over the past 21 years, many employees have grown from counter staff to essential positions within the company, opening new doors and contributing to the family-like atmosphere that defines FINS.
